Viv Compton of ILS has been such a help to say the least and I see her as an extended part of my HR team here at TALIS-UK. 

Viv has supported us with the recruitment of 3 new apprentices who have settled into TALIS lovely and are enjoying their learning with the respective training providers. 

Our next HR project is to support students with work experience which we are putting the wheels in motion for now and which is part of our planning for the future.

I cannot thank Viv enough as she is adaptable to match our business and is a joy to work with. 

So far we have utilized, with her guidance,  the graduate scheme in Wales, recruited 3 apprentices, accessed two fully-funded engineering degree placements (one for existing staff) and we are now moving onto engineering work placements as our next exciting talent growth project for the future.’
